1、How to Place an order?

(1) Choose the item you want to buy, choose the quantity, and press the button “Add to Cart”(You can view your shopping cart in the upper right corner of any shopping page except the checkout page)

(2) Then you can choose another item and go to ordering

(3) To place an order access your cart (If you want to purchase multiple items at the same order, please click 'Return' at the bottom of the checkout page to return to the store to continue 'Add to Cart',You can view your shopping cart in the upper right corner of any shopping page except the checkout page,choose your favor products then Checkout at Shopping Cart page and place the order)

(4) Fill in your personal data( name, surname, phone number, zip code, and shipping address)

(5) On the basis of your address, the shop will offer you available Shipping&Delivery options, their cost and details. You should choose the one suitable for you.

(6) Then you’ll be headed to the page where you can choose the payment method. At the moment we choose the payment via credit card and PayPal. Choose suitable for you method and read all the legal document of our store. To finish your purchase you have to accept the shop rules. And push the button “Complete Order”, after that, please enter your payment account information on this page.

(7) If the entire procedure is performed correctly, you’ll get a confirmation letter to your mail with its detailed description. If you’ve made a mistake or filled in invalid data the shop will point to them and you’ll be able to correct the mistakes.

8. As soon as the payment is received the status of your order will be changed to “Paid” and will be ready for shipping. You’ll receive a mailing letter with all the details.

2、How to Konw if my order is shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped the status of your order will be changed to “Shipped”, you’ll automatically get the detailed email.

3、How to track my order?

Once the order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 5-7 business days to be generated and another 5-7 business days to be updated with details.

4、Replacement & Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can return them according to the following return policy.

Policy

All items you return must be in a resaleable state with original product packaging and labels. Items returned to us that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right of final decision to determine whether a product meets the above standards.

Unless we send you the damaged item, the customer shall bear all return shipping costs for your order.

If for any reason your product has quality problems, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase.

To return an item, follow these steps:

Return your package and write your order number on a slip of paper. If the "Order Number" is not filled in correctly, it will not be processed. The fastest way to exchange products is to place a new order and return the original purchased product. Placing a new order immediately ensures that you receive the new product quickly and will not be out of stock while waiting for a replacement.

Include the following items in your package: (a) the item to be returned (with label and original packaging), (b) your order number
